Tap Out Session

Cancellation Policy

Tap-out sessions must be **paid in full at the time of booking**. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received. **Saturdays are not available for tap-out sessions.** Please choose from the available tap-out appointment days shown when booking. Rescheduling A minimum of **48 hours’ notice** is required to reschedule. With 48+ hours’ notice, your payment may be transferred **once** to another available tap-out date. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your payment being forfeited, and a new session must be booked and paid for in full. Cancellations & No-Shows Tap-out session payments are **non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations**. If you cancel your appointment or fail to attend without notice, your payment will be forfeited. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Arriving late will reduce your available tattooing time, and your appointment will still finish at the original scheduled time. No refund or credit will be given for time lost due to lateness. Tapping Out Early Your payment reserves the full tap-out session. If you choose or are unable to continue before the session ends, the **full session price still applies**. No partial refunds, discounts or credits will be given for unused time. Session Time Tap-out sessions include up to **4 hours of tattooing**. The amount completed depends on the design, placement, breaks, skin and how well you sit. Completion of a particular tattoo is not guaranteed within the session. Designs Major changes to your tattoo idea, size or placement on the day may not be possible and may require rescheduling. Tap-out sessions are **not available for cover-ups or reworks** unless approved before booking. Each booking is for **one client only** and cannot be shared between multiple people. Illness & Safety Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unwell. Clients who arrive intoxicated, under the influence of recreational drugs, or are otherwise unable to be safely tattooed may have their appointment cancelled and payment forfeited. Artist Rescheduling If I need to reschedule your appointment, your payment will be transferred to a new suitable date. If I cannot provide the booked service and another suitable date cannot be arranged, a refund will be provided where appropriate. By booking and paying, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
